由于致癌芳香胺中間體在紡織品上并不是以染料zui終成品形式存在的，而是需經還原處理才能生成可能存在的致癌芳胺。所以目前的分析方法一般采用適當的方式，先將染料從紡織品上剝離下來，再經過一定條件還原生成可能存在的芳香胺中間體，然后再選用不同方法進行定性和定量分析。
